What makes your process different from other Brand Strategists?
I take a collaborative, discovery-based approach rooted in clarity, confidence, and consistency. You won’t get generic copy—I help you uncover the heart of your brand so every message feels aligned and purposeful.

How long does the process take?
Most projects include 8–10 sessions, typically completed over 4–6 weeks. We can adjust the pace based on your schedule and deadlines.

Do I need to have a brand before working with you?
Not at all. I work with new businesses, rebrands, and established organizations. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining what’s already there, the process meets you where you are.

What will I walk away with?
You’ll leave with a clear mission, vision, values, audience personas, positioning, voice and tone guide, tagline, and messaging pillars—plus the confidence to use them.

Can you also help with design or website copy?
Yes. While my core is brand messaging, I offer logo and website design services or collaborate with your design team to ensure visual and verbal alignment.

What will I receive at the end of the process?
Each package includes tailored deliverables. You’ll receive everything from a focused messaging brief in the Kickstart session, to a full messaging framework in the Foundation and Full Packages. The Identity Suite also includes a custom logo and website.

Do you offer payment plans or custom pricing?
Yes—I'm happy to offer payment plans and can tailor pricing to fit your needs, especially if you're a nonprofit or early-stage business.
